No. Your number is never shown until a company pays to unlock your profile. Even then, we send you a text first so you know who's getting it and why. You're in control.
Your profile goes invisible. No company can find or unlock you while it's paused. All your certs and history are saved. One tap to go live again when you need work. You won't be charged while paused.
No. Every plan, monthly or annual, comes with unlimited unlocks. Browse and unlock as many tradespeople as you need, no caps, no top-ups.
No. Graft is a subscription platform, not a recruitment agency. You pay your subscription, you unlock who you want, you sort it out directly. No commission, no finder's fee, no percentage of salary.

Every worker verifies their phone number when signing up. We're also building cert verification — so Safe Pass and C2 cert numbers can be checked. Until that's live, workers self-declare their certs and we audit flagged profiles. If you unlock someone and something doesn't add up, let us know and we'll refund the credit.
